The Submission should comprise of a Category of presentation, Title, Author list, Author affiliations. and Abstract.
The title should not contain abbreviations and should be in sentence case (Bold).
The author list should identify the presenting author (bold, underlined).
The abstract for the scientific presentation should comprise of the following sections: Objective, Material & Methods. Results and Conclusion.
The abstract for the educational exhibit should comprise of the following sections: Background, Learning Objectives, Imaging Findings or Details of the Procedure and Conclusion.
The abstract should be sent as a word document with double spaced, 12 font format using Times New Roman or Arial.
The exact body of the abstract excluding the title, author list and author affiliations should not exceed 250 words.
The last date for submission is 7th November 2024.
Certificates shall be given to only presenter of the papers.
The scientific committee will select best of the abstracts for oral presentation based on their content. The decision of the scientific committee will be final.
Oral paper presentations will be power point presentations of 6 minutes duration with 2 minutes for questions and discussion. You are requested to kindly adhere to the timings.
Please ensure that patient confidentiality is protected. No patient's names, hospital numbers or any other identifying information can appear in the presentation.
Presentation can be structured in the same format as the abstract (Title, Aims and Objectives, Material and Methods, Results, Conclusion, Clinical relevance / take home message).
Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5 MB and 8-10 slides.
Animation/ movies/ sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static required template format only.
Paper will be judged on content, clinical relevance, clarity of presentation, time management and quality of slides.

References can be included on relevant slides or at the end of the presentation.
Three prizes will be awarded for best oral papers.
The E-poster should be submitted as a power point presentation.
Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5 MB and 8-10 slides. The viewer should be able to read the poster in 5 minutes. Data presented should be clear and concise, all images should have legends.
Slides should be in landscape format in 16:9 ratio.
First slide shall consist of Title, Full name of presenter, designation, Co-authors - names and affiliations.
Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static required template format only.

For Scientific exhibits: PowerPoint presentation comprising of 8-10 slides can be structured in the same format as the abstract (Title, Aims and Objectives, Material and Methods, Results, Conclusion, Clinical relevance / Take home message).
For Educational exhibits: PowerPoint presentation comprising of 10 slides can be structured in the same format as the abstract (Title, Aims and Objective, Imaging findings /procedure details/case presentation, Discussion, Summary, Clinical relevance / Take home message).
References can be included on relevant slides or at the end of the presentation.
Poster will be judged on content, quality of slides, and clinical relevance.
Presenting author maybe required to be present during the Judging.
Prizes will be awarded in both categories of E posters.
